Delivery
All orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm. Orders submitted on Bank Holidays will be processed for dispatch the next working day. All deliveries within Ireland and Northern Ireland can be tracked once an email address and daytime contact number is provided. Delivery Partner
We use DPD Courier Services as our Delivery Partner. This service requires a signature upon delivery of your purchase to the delivery address provided. If you are not available at the time of delivery DPD will make a 2nd and 3rd attempt after which time the parcel will be returned to Ellen B. DPD will provide follow-up information for any redelivery. In order to avoid disappointment and any delay in receiving your Ellen B purchase always provide a daytime contact number.
